Barcelona Building Prototypes based on Sunlight

This research work is proposing a possible building forms in the existing Barcelona urban grid. By setting minimal sunlight hour for different types of open space like courtyard, street, building facades in Barcelona, this research is looking for the maximum FAR/GFA in each situation. Comparing with existing FAR in Barcelona, the proposed sollution may provide an alternative choice, which can not only provide better sunlight condition but also accomondate for denser population.
